This page explains how users of Dietitian App by Averra Nutraceuticals can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Dietitian App account, email us at:
averranutraceuticals@gmail.com.au
Please include the email address used for your Dietitian App account so we can locate the correct account.
What data will be deleted?
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with your Dietitian App account, including your user account details and saved app data associated with that account, where applicable.
Data we may need to retain
We may retain limited information where required for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Deleting your Dietitian App account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe. You may need to cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

- For Apple subscriptions, manage your subscription through your Apple Account subscriptions settings.

Processing time
We will review and process account deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving sufficient information to verify the account.
